ESSENTIAL DWI INFORMATION
If you have been arrested for DWI/DUI, based on more than forty years of DWI defense experience, here's what I think you should know about NH DWI/DUI law now.
First, you may lose legal advantages as soon as ten days after your arrest. Other deadlines occur thirty days from the date of your arrest that may prevent you from obtaining a hearing on your license suspension, resulting in the loss of your license or right to operate for up to two years. You should contact a lawyer as soon as you possibly can, regardless of how much time may have already passed.
For more information about DWIs in New Hampshire, I suggest you read THE BASICS and the links that follow it, which contain the information I think you need in order to understand the potential consequences of a DWI/DUI arrest and what we may be able to accomplish together in dealing with the situation caused by that arrest.
To set up a free initial consultation, call 603-667-6568 (Mobile) or 603-513-1919, email email@example.com, or complete and submit the PROSPECTIVE NH DWI/DUI CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE. It will be sent via email both to me and Lothstein Law Office.
All information that you provide via telephone, email, or our questionnaire is protected by the attorney-client privilege and will not be shared with anyone outside of Lothstein Law Office, LLC, without your prior permission
THE FINE PRINT: Because New Hampshire DUI/DWI law is complicated and constantly changing, it is hard to write a short explanation that fits every factual situation. What follows does not purport to be complete, nor is it designed to be a source for legal research. You should use this explanation only as a guide to the basics of DWI law, and make sure to contact me, or another lawyer, about your particular circumstances.
